At this time, we have been dealing with Covid 19 and her company dealt with a lot of extras to keeping things cleaned and very safe for everyone who would come in contact with our home. Diane even had Dan drive to our home about three hours to deliver some papers for me to look over and sign. She set up the closing for me just 7 miles from our home in town, and the individual I worked with was also very kind to help. Our house had been closed on the 21st and Diane took time out on Memorial weekend to close out the code on our security system on her own. That is one special person. The team at Lakeplace has always been there for whatever questions I had. Diane and her team taking the photos of our property and home was just beautiful. Diane knew how the sale was really hurting me and went the extra mile and made hard copies of the photos they took so I would have them to look at forever.
